How to create a content workflow
I’ve been there. You haven’t posted today. It’s late, you’re tired, and you just don’t want to. Things that are easy to do are often easy not to do as well.
The struggle of keeping up with daily content is real, but in 2025, I’ve found a system that takes the pressure off. No more last-minute posts or forcing creativity when I’m drained. Here’s how I’m staying ahead:
Batch Create, Then Schedule
Instead of filming and posting in the same day, I spend the week capturing content—workouts, vlogs, and random ideas—without the stress of immediate editing. Then, I pick one day (usually Saturday or Sunday) to edit everything and turn it into polished posts.
Once everything’s ready, I use the schedule feature on social apps to auto-post one piece of content per day. No more daily grind—just set it and forget it.
Get Ahead, Then Scale (or Relax!)
After about 2-3 weeks of scheduled posts, you’ll have options:
- Double up and post more frequently.
- Take a break and focus on other projects without falling behind.
Plan Smarter, Not Harder
At the start of each week, I jot down what I want to post. This helps me know exactly what to film—and what not to waste time on. Let’s be honest: Recording everything sounds great until you’re drowning in hours of raw footage during editing.
By batching, scheduling, and planning ahead, content creation in 2025 is less chaotic and more sustainable. Try it—your future self will thank you.
